About Union Software

The operating system for the collective bargaining economy.

Union Software builds connected digital infrastructure for the institutions that bargain, administer, and protect agreements, and for the people who keep that work moving every day.

Built Around People

Technology matters when it helps people do the work better.

Union Software is built for union leaders, staff, representatives, organizers, and members: the people who brief boards, file grievances, run campaigns, fill crews, reconcile dues, and answer when a member needs help. The platform clears friction from that work, protects trust, and creates more room for judgment, advocacy, and service.

Why We Exist

Labour organizations have evolved. Responsibilities have grown. Complexity has grown with them. Members expect faster answers, clearer communication, and modern service. Leaders need board-ready visibility. Staff and representatives need one place where people, cases, money, and agreements stay connected.

The opportunity is to match that evolution with technology built for the work itself: systems designed beside bargaining cycles, member service, governance, and institutional trust.

Union Software exists to meet that moment with purpose-built software for the collective bargaining economy.

The Collective Bargaining Economy

The collective bargaining economy is the network of unions, associations, members, employers, benefit organizations, workforces, training bodies, and surrounding institutions that make collective agreements real in practice.

It is an operating layer: governance and representation, remittances and benefits, dispatch and credentials, communications and campaigns, education and organizing. When information stays connected across that layer, members stay informed and organizations stay strong.

Union Software is built for that category, purpose-made for the institutions and people who carry lasting responsibilities in this economy.

Built for What Comes Next

Modernization means connected digital infrastructure: one trusted foundation for people, cases, money, agreements, and outreach.

Our philosophy is practical. Start from trusted people records. Keep ownership with the organization. Add the workflows institutions actually run, so every new capability makes the whole system more useful and easier to run together.

One Connected Platform

Union Software brings the work of a union into one connected platform: membership and people, communications, grievances and representation, governance and reporting, hiring hall and workforce matching, documents and files, public sites and member portals, mobile access, and Union Intelligence working inside each client’s tenancy to strengthen real decisions with the organization’s own connected data.

Each product page covers how those capabilities work in detail. Here, the point is simpler: one foundation, shared across the institution, so people, money, cases, agreements, and outreach stay in the same living system.
